Lacy LouJean Brower, returned to her Father-in-Heaven December 10, 1996. She died at Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah, due to complications from a genetic disorder, OTC Deficiency. She was surrounded by the people who loved her most--her family.

Lacy was born July 20, 1986 in Salt Lake City, Utah, the fifth child of Dale and Denise Paras Brower. Since that day, she has been our special angel showing us how we should live as she brightened our lives and this world with her beautiful smile.

Lacy loved her family and friends. She enjoyed playing with her Barbies, playing games with her family, fishing with her dad, skiing, making friends, helping her Mom and doing nice things for those she loved. To know Lacy was to love her and she will be deeply missed.
