Henry S. Bair who resided at the home of Joseph G. Keagy, along the Oxford road, near McSherrystown, died at noon Wednesday, March 10, following a prolonged illness from a complication of diseases. He was aged 53 years and 9 months. The deceased was unmarried and leaves the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Soloman Whisler and Mrs. Levi Whisler, of Hanover; Mrs. William Dean, of York; Reuben S. Bair, of Bairs Station; David Bair, of near Littlestown, and Jacob Bair of Spring Grove; Mrs. William Dehne, of York. Funeral Saturday, March 18, short services at the house, further services at the Mennonite church, Abbottstown street, the Rev. Peter Shank and the Rev. Harry H. Loose, officiating. Interment at York Road cemetery.
