My husband & I visited Freda's grave for the first time July 1997, again in Sept 2005, May 2012.

Obituary - Freda M Arkell - Mother and sister of Seacoast Residents
Newtown, Conn - Freda M (Tully) Arkell, 86 of 56 Main St, died Monday, May 2, 1994 at the Danbury Hospital in Danbury, Conn, shortly after being hit a car on Main Street in Newtown, Conn.
Born in Truro, Nova Scotia, Canada, Oct 10, 1907, she was the daughter of the late Freeman and Lottie (Gorrie) Tully.
Mrs Arkell had been a resident of Newtown, Conn for the last 25 years.
She was the widow of Charles E Arkell.
Survivors include two sons, Alfred E Arkell of Homosassa, Fla, and Thomas R Arkell of Brentwood; a brother, Karlton Tully of Portsmouth; six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
