DAVID BARCLAY, aged 79, one of the oldest United Presbyterian ministers in Pennsylvania, died yesterday in his home in Frankstown Road, Penn Township. Mr. Barclay was graduated from the Western Theological Seminary about 50 years ago and, after touring the West, accepted a call to the Hebron United Presbyterian Church in Penn Township, a charge he held 43 years. He was forced to retire five years ago on account of ill health. He was born in Harrison County, O., and attended Franklin College, New Athens, O. He leaves his widow, two brothers, JOHN and JOSEPH BARCLAY, and two sisters, MRS. ELIZABETH EASTER and MRS. ELEANOR McADAM, all of Harrison County, O.
