Juanita Natschke Harner
Juanita went to her heavenly home July 22, 2007, age 92, at the home of her daughter, under the loving care of her four daughters & granddaughter, Donna Gettings; and Hospice of Jackson and Oaklawn. Juanita was born July 10, 1915 to Ray and Harriet(Washburn) Cleveland. She worked at Spartan Radio & TV Corp. and East Jackson Middle School. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Clarence "Blick" Natschke Sr. and Hollis Harner Sr.; one son, Clarence "Red" Natschke Jr.; one granddaughter, Melissa Urbaniak; one great-grandson, Shawn Kenton; one sister, Dora Workman; one brother, Robert Emerson; two sons-in-laws, Hollis Harner Jr. and William Hawkins. She is survived by four daughters, Barbara Joan (Everett)Gier, Donna Hawkins, Carol Natschke Harner, Bonnie (Art Adams) Urbaniak; one daughter-in-law, Beverly Natschke, all of Jackson; 20 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren; 21 great-great-grandchildren; one brother, Richard (Aletha) Emerson of Mebane,, NC; two step children, Margaret (Wayne) Olney, Wayne (Edna) Harner of Jackson; eight stepgrandchildren and 14 step great grandchildren. Juanita was a loving mother and grandmother and will be deeply missed by all of her large family. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. with the Reverend Jerry Bailey officiating. Burial Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday, 4 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association or Hospice of Jackson and Oaklawn. Charles Burden & Son Funeral Home.
