Services were held Monday, January 10, 2005 at Peterson Funeral Home in Indianola. Burial will be in the Sandyville cemetery with Military Honors by the American Legion Post 165 and VFW #4123.
Vergil served our country in WW II,
then painted houses for 31 years with his brother. He also worked as an auto mechanic in Knoxville.
He was a member of the American Legion #165 and the Fifth Armed Division Association.
Vergil was preceded in death by his wife, Alberta; brothers, Orville and Harvey; and sister, Velma.
