EVANSVILLE - Thorfinn T. Hatlen, 43, died Tuesday night after a long illness. He was born Sept. 26, 1923, in Union Township, the son of Thorsten and Katherine Mabie Hatlen. He was a member of the Cooksville Lutheran Church. Survivors are his mother, Mrs. Katherine Hatlen, Madison; a sister, Mrs. Archie McLelland, Kirkwood, Mo.; two brothers, John, Albion, and Richard, Evansville. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Cooksville Lutheran Church, the Rev. Cyril Jandrey officiating. Burial in Cooksville Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
