Johnnie was one of the funniest, gentle and kindest people you could ever meet, she was a friend of my family for many years.
She loved to travel and see the sights and she loved to bowl. She loved her friend my stepmother Alene and her neighbor Sue Ann. Johnnie took care of her mother until her death from lung cancer her mother Allie Lane died the next year. Johnnie has been remembered for her kindness and down right plain goodness that few people have. Johnie was a true friend to so many and I know they all miss her. Johnnie was always writing something like a poem or a little story she was a beautiful and talented person.

I saw a blue bird on a window sill, he was crying and very still. He could not sing and his heart was full of pain knowing you could not come back again. (for you Johnnie, we will see you one day, not here, but up above )rh
