She was the daughter of John and Hanna Ohrlund Johnson. She was confirmed in the Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church and was a member of the church until her marriage to Albin Anderson of Kirkland on Feb 24, 1919.
They farmed in Kirkland and both were members of the White Oak Grange, in Kingston. Mr. Anderson passed away in 1951. She then returned in 1952, to Sycamore to make her home and again became affiliated with the Salem Lutheran Church.
She is survived by one sister, Ruth Johnson of Sycamore.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2:30 pm at the Van Natta Funeral Home with Pastor Eric N. Hawkins officiating. Burial will be in the Ellmwood Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 o'clock Tuesday at the Van Natta Funeral Home.
