Born July 13, 1922 in Roland, KY, he was the son of Edward and Jessie (Shanks) Adams. He married Mae Rose Allison on August 23, 1941 and she preceded him in death.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during WW II and an ironworker with Ironworkers Local #22 of Indianapolis.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, five brothers, one sister and one great great granddaughter.
