Birth: unknown
Death: Aug. 20, 1998

Frank lived in the Heller house at 722 James in St. Paul most of his life. Frank, was a local historian, who spent hours at the library and Historical Society. He should have been a journalist or history teacher, but never went beyond a 9th or 10th grade education at St. Francis de Sales in St. Paul. He had a love and appreciation for old and historical things. He lived with his brother Ray for many years after the death of their parents, until Rays death in 1990. They took care of each other. When Ray died, Frank spent the next eight years alone in the house. Frank went into a nursing home after a fall and never returned to his beloved home. It was eventually torn down. He died in 1998 on the same date, August 20th, as Ray had died eight years earlier. Frank was always there to help family, friends and neighbors with odds and ends jobs. He is now surrounded with beloved family and friends in heaven.
