Francis E. Barse, MD On March 15, 2010, Age 82, of Cherry Hill, Beloved husband of 55 years to Ann (nee Fenton) Barse. Father of Joann Ruane and Maria Barse. Brother of Dennis Barse. Also survived by his grandchildren Rachel Scarduzio, Justin Perkins, and Melanie Ruane. Dr. Barse served in the Army's 16th Medical Detachment during the Korean War. He served as Chief of Surgery at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center from 1980 to 1995. He was a past president of both the American Cancer Society , Camden County Chapter, and the NJ Chapter of the American College of Surgeons. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass Saturday 2pm at Christ Our Light Church, 402 N. Kings Hwy., Cherry Hill, where friends may call from 12 noon till time of Mass. The family requests Memorial contributions in Dr. Barse's name to Our Lady of Lourdes Assoc.
