Mr. Allison was the former owner of the Belleville Times newspaper which he purchased in about 1920 and sold in about 1929. Mr. Allison was survived by a son, Robert D. Allison of Belleville and a daughter, Mrs. Mildred Zook of Bethesda, MD.
