Joe Crilley, 89, was the loving husband of Molly for more than forty years, the wonderful father of Mark and Tom, grandfather of John. He was a retired salesman and WWII veteran.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, Joe graduated from Roman Catholic High School in 1938. He was an avid model railroad enthusiast and the oldest member of the South Jersey Garden Railroad Society where he had many good friends. Joe was also a member of The Air Force Association and very proud of his service to our country.
Joe was a soft-spoken gentleman with a great sense of humor. He worked hard his entire life and was an excellent provider for his family. He was the kind of guy who never bothered or hurt a soul in his life and was liked by everyone who knew him. He just lived his life, raised his family and paid his bills. A salt-of-the-earth, patriotic American who we can all look up to and know that the world is a better place for him having been here. He lived a very long, happy and productive life and died peacefully and comfortably surrounded by his family.
If Joe could leave us with one bit of wisdom it would be, "BUY AMERICAN!"
