To this union were born five sons and five daughters, of whom four sons and two daughters are left to mourn her loss. They moved to Sedgwick County, Kas., in 1872, and to Kingman County in 1880, where she resided until her death, April 10, 1909.
She was converted at the age of ten years and united with the Methodist Episcopal Church, continuing her membership for 76 years. During that time she lived a faithful Christian life and she closed her life by waiting the coming of the Lord to take her to her long home.
