She was born in Dorchester, Mass., Feb. 13, 1919.
Frances was employed as a seamstress for Evan Piccone. She designed and created ladies' suits and dresses that would be worn by the models on the runways.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William G. Adams; a son, Wayne Adams; a grandson, Michael Adams; and a sister, Helen Cordingly.
Frances is survived by a son, Bruce Adams and wife, Barbara, Auburn; grandsons, John Adams and wife, Lynne, Schuylkill Haven, Clint Skala and wife, Stacy, Hillsboro, N.J.; and great-grandchildren, Jordan and Corey Adams and Pierce and Sierra Skala.
