Sarah lived in Las Vegas Nevada for several years
She retired from the Las Vegas Culinary Union. She worked as a food server for the Boyd Group.
She was spirited, friendly and didn't know a stranger.
She loved her Las Vegas, bright lights, big city, and attractions. She met people from all over the world whom came there, politicians, movie stars. She loved her slot poker machines. People loved to see her come into their casinos, they called her the "Mad Hatter" because she adorned her red hair by wearing a hat. Yes she loved her Vegas, she watched it change from the early seventy's until she retired.
She loved to travel, back and forth from Las Vegas Nevada to Western North Carolina. Due to her health she and her husband Jack, moved to western North Carolina to live with her oldest daughter, Sissy.

For a little woman she feared nothing, always laid her piece of mind out there for anyone, fought for her kids, when they couldn't. She had a beautiful smile, sparkling blue eyes and still after so many years of living on the west coast, she never lost her southern accent, charm, or ways.

Sarah left a great legacy to her family, her courage and her determination in life to live it to the fullest.
She loved her husband Jack, her children, and all her grand and great grand kids, with all her heart.
She will be missed for all our life times.

Today, 0ctober 04th, 2014, would of been Sarah & Jack Moore's fifty-fifth wedding anniversary. On this beautiful Fall day, their ashes were scattered together onto their daughter's (Sissy) and son in law's(Lee) property as their final requests. Today they are together at long last, with words, tears and prayers said aloud to them and God above they are now at peace, together for ever. XOXOXO
