Mary's parents were:
Benjamin Franklin Harrison (1848 - 1902)
Jeanette Sinderella Atwell Harrison (1846 - 1920)

Mary, the third born of 12 children, was born when her father was 26 years old & her mother, 24.

On August 18, 1870,
Benjamin, shown as Benjn, & Virginia, ages 27 & 22, lived in Townships 1 and 2 west of RR, Copiah Co, MS. The post office was located at Crystal Springs. Their children were Harriet M. & Jefferson, ages 3, & Frances, 10 months. Benjamin was a farmer; their personal wealth was valued at $75.

Jefferson was actually one year younger than Harriet.

They moved to Frankfort, Marshall Co, KS and were there for the birth of five children. From Kansas they traveled in a little caravan of four wagons, which crossed the plains of the Oklahoma Territory to reach Jack County, TX in 1879. Here they settled in the Sparks Springs Community.

On June 19, 1880,
Benjamin & Genett Harrison, ages 36 & 32, lived in Precinct 2, Jack Co, TX with their children Malinda, age 13; Jeffie, 12; Fanney, 11; Nanney, 8; Margret, 7; Ida, 5; George, 3; & William, 1. Benjamin was farming for himself to support them.

Mary Frances married Charles Duncan Alcorn in Jack Co, TX on August 10, 1896. They had five children, four who grew to adulthood:

On June 6, 1900,
Charles D. & Fannie M. Alcorn (shown as Allcorn), both ages 29, were renting a farm in Justice Precinct 4, Young Co, TX. They had been married 3 years; Fannie had given birth to 2 Benjamin (July 1897), age 2, & Leona, 1 (Jan. 1899). Charles supported them by farming.

On May 2, 1910,
Charlie D. & Mary F., ages 39, were renting in Justice Precinct 5, Jack Co, TX. They lived on a farm located next to her widowed, mother, and brother, Andrew, and his family. They had been married 14 years; Mary Fannie had given birth to 5 children, but only 4 were living. They were Bennie, age 12; Leona, 11; Nannie, 9; & George, 7. Charlie was working away from home farming.

On January 13, 1920,
Charles D. & Fannie M., ages 48 & 49, were renting in Justice Precinct 2, Jack Co, TX where he worked farming for himself with the help of his sons. Children at home were Benjamin, age 22; Jenny B., 19; & George W., 17.

On April 17, 1930,
C. D. (shown as E.D.) & Fannie M., both age 59, lived in Precinct 2, Palo Pinto Co, TX on Oran - Perrin Road. Their son, Ben, age 32, & his wife, Belle A, age 30, & daughter, Nellie M., less than one month. Charles & Ben were farming.

Fannie & Charles were living in Perrin, Jack Co, TX when Fannie died from a heart related condition, five days after Christmas, on December 30, 1936, at the age of 66 years, 2 months, & five days. The informant on her death record was their son, George, who lived in Jacksboro.
