Janet Akers, Age 65 of Gratis passed away on 17 March 2016 of cancer. Born in Tyner, Kentucky in 1951. She grew up in Trotwood, Ohio. She is survived by her husband, David Akers and children, Ron Williams, Christopher Williams and Jessica Terry and family. She was saved in her early 20's. Janet knew she would marry me the first time she saw me, we met and married in church 39 years ago. Janet was a very kind, loving and caring mother, a giving and free spirited person who loved music and her family. There may have been more Janet Akers in the world but none compare to Mom. She was one of a kind. She was the absolute best cook. Janet was a wonderful heart. We miss her terribly. Janet I Love You!
