Stanley Anderson was 27 years of age at the time of his death, July 15, 1918. He was a member of the second draft from Cedar County being trained at Camp Funston and being assigned to a machine gun battery . He was killed in action in a drive in the Rheims-Noyon salient.
Stanley's body was disintered in France and sent home, arriving Sept 1921. He was buried at Paragon on Sept 4, 1921.
Stanley's grave marker is located as a footstone in the lot next to Alfred and Esther Anderon's lot.
note:Stanley was a brother of Alfred Anderson and his sister was Anna Feelhaver.
