HOWARD ZILL DIES SUDDENLY
Aluminum Goods Employe Ill Only 4 Days With Tonsilitis
Howard Zill, 42, taken ill only last Tuesday, died suddenly early today at
the home, 1134 Elm street.
Mr. Zill was about the home last evening and although he had not recovered
from an attack of tonsillitis. He retired at 10:30 o’clock. He became suddenly
worse and died three hours later.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. from the Wattawa, Urbanek and
Schlei funeral home. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.
Born in Sturgeon Bay
Mr. Zill, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Zill was born in Sturgeon Bay in 1904.
In 1927 he married Miss Agnes Reindl. They located in this city where Mr. Zill
was employed at the Aluminum Goods company plant.
Survivors are his widow; a son, Leroy, 8; father Charles Zill, Sturgeon Bay;
eight sisters, Mrs. Frank Starr; Mrs. Elvina Wolfgram, Mrs. Herman Tagge, Mrs.
Winifred Johnson, Mrs. Eli Stegman, Mrs. Mabel Schneider, all of Sturgeon Bay,
Mrs. Herbert Gauger, city, Mrs. Homer Herlache, Green Bay.
The body may be viewed at the funeral home.
