ELLA ZIGMUND
Mrs. Ella O. Zigmund, 71, of 1238 S. 21st St., Manitowoc, died unexpectedly Sunday at her residence.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Larry Ellenberger will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Zigmund, nee Ella Guehlstorf, was born Feb. 15, 1908, in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Henry and Sophie Scheffler Guehlstorf. She was married to Edmund R. Zigmund Nov. 2, 1925. He preceded her in death Feb. 28, 1968.
Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, James E. and Ellen of the State of Connecticut, William J. and Audrey of Green Bay and Robert H. and Dyan of West Allis; a brother, Karl R. Guehlstorf of Manitowoc; a sister, Mrs. John (Viola) Jordan of Manitowoc and a granddaughter, Shannon. A brother, Harry, preceded her in death.
Friends may call in Pfeffer Funeral Home 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday until 11:30 a.m. Wednesday and in the church from noon until the time of service.
