Left in Weakened Condition By Attack, Dies Suddenly
Left in a weakened condition by an attack of whooping cough, with
which the whole family was stricken on Henry Youra, King's Bridge,
a brother of Mrs. Frank Kretche of this city died suddenly this
morning.
The family had been sick for ten days and were just recovering from
the effects of the malady. He was taken suddenly worse and before
aid could be summoned he passed away. He was about 48 years of age
and leaves a wife and three children. Funeral arrangements have not
been completed as yet.

KING'S BRIDGE RESIDENT TO BE BURIED, EVERGREEN
Burial of Henry Youra, well-known town of Kossuth resident, who died
yesterday at his home near King's Bridge, will take place on Friday
morning at ten o'clock from the home, with interment at Evergreen
cemetery here. The deceased who was 50 years of age had resided in
the county all his life and in addition to farming was employed as
a road boss in county road work in the section where he resided. He
was left in a weakened condition by an attack of whooping cough a
few weeks ago, that attacked the entire family and had been confined
to his bed for the past two weeks. He was married to Barbara Frye,
April 17, 1900 who with one son, Edwin and two daughters, Mrs. Emma
Kattner of this city and Miss Lillian Youra of Francis Creek, and one
grandchild, survive. One brother Anton of Kossuth and five sisters,
Mrs. John Strouf, Denton, Mont., Mrs. Frank Ketcha, Mrs. Julia Weiss
and Mrs. Wencel Yindra of this city and Mrs. Herman Kitzerow at
Kewaunee also survive.
