WOODRUM, CONNIE SUE, 61, of Brooks, KY, returned to her Heavenly Father Wednesday, November 8, 2006 at The Norton Healthcare Pavilion. She was a native of Mud River, WV, a homemaker, and a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Mrs. Woodrum was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Allie VanNatter Adkins; and her brothers, Jimmy Adkins and Bubber Adkins. She leaves to cherish her memory, her beloved husband, Lowell Woodrum Jr.; daughters, Lynn Ash, Lana Woodrum, Laura Woodrum, Leah Valentine, Lynnae Woodrum and Emily Matherly; sisters, Helen Wheeler and Donna Adkins; brothers, Emory Adkins, Terry Adkins, Jackie Adkins, Bobby Adkins and Ricky Adkins; 11 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services for Mrs. Woodrum will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Schoppenhorst Underwood & Brooks (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.), with burial in Mount Eden Cemetery. Friends and family may pay their respects from 2-8 p.m. Friday at Schoppenhorst.
