| Birth: | Jul. 2, 1896 Hamilton Marion County Alabama, USA | | Death: | Dec. 15, 1987 Conway Faulkner County Arkansas, USA | I was told by Aunt Vivian Holt that Aunt Icy loved to hold babies and small children. She was a mild woman even though mentally retarded and loved to sing. She remained at home until she was in her 40's. When Grandma Williams could not manage her any longer, Icy was placed in the State Hospital in Benton, AR. Later she went to the Conway Convelescent Home in Conway, AR. Aunt Vivian recalls a time when Uncle T.L. rented a school bus and took several family members to visit Aunt Icy. They took her out for a ride in the bus. She was happy and sang and sang while riding. As she got older, she didn't recognize them as well and died after 91 years of life.
