Mrs. Theresa J. Whitney, late of 1832 W. 18th, Oct. 18 after a lengthy illness. Wife of Nathan Whitney of the family home; mother of Mrs. Mary Radford, Pueblo; Nathaniel Whitney Jr., Denver; Willie Herman Jr., Denver and Pvt. Michael Herman, USMC, San Diego, Calif.; and grandmother Miss Joann Joseph, Pueblo. Sister of Mrs. Edith Johnson, Pueblo and Mrs. Estella Hubbs, New Orleans, La. Several nieces and nephews also survive. A member of Bethlehem Baptist Church, where she was past president of the Deaconess Board; member of the Usher Board, Missionary Society and Amaranth Charter 7, Eastern Star. Arrangements pending. Friends may call at the family home.
