CAROLINE M. WETENKAMP (d. 1977)

Mrs. Arthur F. (Caroline M.) Wetenkamp, 62, of 1211 S. 31st St. Manitowoc,
died Monday evening at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at First Lutheran Church Chapel,
Manitowoc. The Rev. W. Eric Rauch will officiate with burial in Evergreen
Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Wetenkamp, nee Caroline Heimkes, was born July 27, 1914, at Young America,
Minn., daughter of the late Edward and Helena Goetze Heimkes. She was educated
in St. Paul, Minn., and was married to Arthur F. Wetenkamp Sept. 6, 1941, at
Dubuque, Iowa. She had been employed at Sorges Dairy, Roorbach Greenhouses and
W. T. Grant Store at Manitowoc.
She was a member of First Lutheran Church.
Survivors include her husband; a brother, Lee Ferguson, of St. Paul, Minn.; two
sisters, Mrs. Clifford (Griselda) Replogle, of St. Paul and Mrs. Viola E. Burns,
of Lester Prairie, Minn.; two nieces and a nephew. Two sisters, Helen Knoble and
Verna Morencey, preceded her in death.
Friends may call at Urbanek and Schlei Fuenral Home, Manitowoc, from 4 to 9 p.m.
Wednesday and at First Lutheran Chapel from noon Thursday until the time of
service. Memorials may be made to First Lutheran Church or American Cancer
Society.
