JOHN D. WERNER
John Dexter Werner, 79, formerly of 1201 S. 19th St., Manitowoc, died Wednesday
morning at Shady Lane Home, Manitowoc, where he had resided since 1957.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc.
The Rev. Theodore P. Crusius will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen
Cemetery.
Mr. Werner was born July 18, 1880, in Gremany, son of the late Mike and Josephine
Andrazeski Werner. He never married. Before retirement he had been employed as a
driller at Manitowoc Shipbuilding Inc.
Surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Thursday.
