Death Friday in Holy Family Hospital of Wilhelm Wernecke after an illness of
only a week. The deceased, who worked in the hardware business in the firm
Wernecke & Schmitz, reached the age of 57 and is survived by his widow, a son,
a daughter, as well as 3 sisters and 2 brothers. The funeral was held Tuesday
afternoon.
