Harry Wernecke, 10-months-old son of Alderman and Mrs. Ray Wernecke, 3103 South
Ninth street, died at __ o'clock this morning at the home of his parents, Mr.
and Mrs. Carl Wernecke, Manitowoc route 3. The child had been taken to the home
of his grandparents Sunday, became seriously ill at that time and could not be
moved.
Born in this city Dec. 18, 1935, the child is survived by his parents, two
brothers, Thomas and Richard, and his grandparents.
The body was removed from the Leschke funeral home to the residence of his
grandmother, Mrs. August Heineman, 1207 Division street, late this afternoon,
where it may be viewed until the hour of the funeral. The funeral services will
be conducted Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the Heineman residence with burial in
Evergreen cemetery. The Rev. L H. Koeninger will officiate.
