She is a daughter of Richard Sansom (1774-1845) and Sarah (Brinkworth) Sansom (1777-1840) and she married William Wall (1812-1889) on 26 Sept 1836 in England and they had nine children.

DEATH OF MRS. S.S. WALL

Yesterday Sarah S. Wall, mother-in-law to Senator Isaac K. Wright, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Wm. Cowley of Wallsville. Deceased was born in England, September 30th 1814, and so was nearly eight-five years old. She joined the Church at an early day and emigrated to Utah in 1863, crossing the plains by ox-team. The funeral was held from the Wallsville meeting house Saturday afternoon. Deceased and her husband were the first settlers in the little town that bears their name and in which she died.

Decedent leaves four children, viz: Fanney Whitney of Millville, Cache County, Mrs. Wm. M. Cowley and Mrs. L.k. Wright of this county and Frank Wall now of Mexico.
