Mrs. Walter Wagner, 56, of 416 Riverview Dr., Manitowoc, died Wednesday at
Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Bethany Evangelical Lutheran
Church, Manitowoc, the Rev. Armin Roekle officiating. Burial will be in
Evergreen Cemetery.
Mrs. Wagner, the former Lorena Krueger, was born July 20, 1908, in the Town
of Rockland, daughter of the late Louis Krueger and Mrs. Ida Karau Krueger
of Rt. 4, Chilton. She was married to Mr. Wagner June 24, 1928, at Reedsville.
The couple farmed at Reedsville until 1947 and then moved to Manitowoc. She
was employed as a housekeeper at Shady Lane Home for the past 10 years.
Surviving are the husband, a son, Eli, of the Town of Manitowoc Rapid, mother,
a brother, Vilas Krueger, of Rt. 4, Chilton, a sister, Mrs. Eldred Schnelle,
of English Lake and three grandchildren. A brother, Ralph, preceded her in
death.
