Paul L. Voss, 62, of 624 S. 20th St., Manitowoc, died Wednesday in Holy Family
Hospital, Manitowoc, of a coronary attack.
Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Saturday in Pfeffer Funeral Home and 10 a.m.
in St. Paul Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Roy Crain will officiate and
burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Voss was born Feb. 6, 1917, in Manitowoc, son of the late Leo and Anna E.
Hasser Voss. He was a Manitowoc resident all his life, attended Manitowoc
Public Schools and was graduated from Lincoln High School with the Class of
1935. He also attended Whitewater University, and was a veteran of World War II,
serving in the United States Navy. Jan. 3, 1948, he married Leona Boeldt in
Manitowoc. Prior to his retirement he was employed in time study with Invincible
Metal Furniture Company. He was a member of American Legion Drews-Bleser Post 88
and Knights of Columbus Council 710.
Survivors include his wife, Leona, a son and daughter-in-law, Leon and Cheryl
Voss of Manitowoc and a son, Paul of Oshkosh; a daughter and son-in-law, Anne
Louise and Anton Tegen of Richfield, Minn., and a daughter, Mary Beth of
Manitowoc, and two grandchildren. A sister preceded him in death.
Friends may call in Pfeffer Funeral Home 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, where a prayer
service will be at 7:30 p.m.
