ELVA VOIGT
Elva M. Voigt, 71, of Valders, died Sunday afternoon, March 31, at the Manitowoc Health Care Center.
Private family services will be held Wednesday morning with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Voigt was born October 16, 1913, at Brooks, Minnesota, daughter of the late Peter and Olga Duesing Hansen. She was formerly employed by Valders Telephone Company. She marreid Lester Voigt on August 1, 1939, at Valders.
Survivors include a son and a daughter-in-law, Arden and Karen Voigt of rural Valders; a daughter and son-in-law, Ardith and John Kupsch of Valders; two sisters, Leona Hansen and Clarissa Hansen, both of Rosemeade, California; three grandchildren, Austin Voigt and Corey and Jordan Kupsch and other relatives and friends also survived. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester and a brother, Everett Hansen.
Friends may call at Christianson-Deja Funeral Home, Valders, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday evening.
