ROSE ANN (SHUBER) VAN DER LOUIS

Mrs. John Van Der Louis, 19 (above), nee Rose Ann Shuber, of 1006 South 18th
street, a bride of eight months, died Tuesday afternoon at her home. She was
stricken with a heart attack and died a short time later.
Funeral services will be held at 9:430 a.m. Friday at the Urbanek and Schlei
funeral home, and at 10 o'clock at the St. Mary Catholic church. The Rev.
J. L. Landowski will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.
The deceased was born in 1929 at Maribel, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John
Shuber Sr. She was graduated from Lincoln high school in 1947 and was married
at Kellnersville to Mr. Van Der Louis June 26, 1948. They located in this city.
She was a member of the Auxiliary of the Drews-Bleser post of the American
Legion.
Survivors are the husband; parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Shuber Sr., of Maribel;
three brothers; sister (names omitted for privacy).
The body may be viewed after 7 o'clock this evening at the funeral home where
the rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Thursday.
