LOUIS T. TUESBURG (d. 1949)

Louis Tuesburg, 63, of 425 Chicago street, died this noon at Holy Family
hospital after a lingering illness. Funeral services will be at 8:30 a.m.
Monday at the Pfeffer funeral home and at 9 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic
church, the Rev. L. M. Schorn officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen
cemetery.
Mr. Tuesburg was born in 1886 in Manitowoc where he lived all his life. In
1911 he married Elizabeth Mueller of Manitowoc. He was a machinist at the
Manitowoc Ship Building company and a member of the Sacred Heart Holy Name
society, the machinists’ union, the American Legion band and the musicians’
union.
He is survived by his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Zeischold of Manitowoc
and Jane, at home; two sisters, Mrs. Edward Scherer of Tampa, Fla., and Mrs.
Walter Fritsch of Libertyville, Ill.; and two brothers, Calvin and Charles of
Manitowoc. Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Sunday and the body will lie in
state at the funeral home from 2 p.m. Sunday until time of services.
