CLARENCE TROCHIL

Clarence (Chief) Trochil, 75, of 818 S. 18th St., Manitowoc, died Wednesday morning, March 6, at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at First German Evangelical Lutheran Church. The Rev. Arno J. Wolfgramm will officiate and burial wil be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Trochil was born Jan. 1, 1910, at Melnik, Town of Kossuth, son of Emma Zeman Trochil and the late Wencel Trochil. He grew up and was educated in the Kellnersville area. He married Hortense Radandt, March 28, 1935, at First German Evangelical Lutheran Church, They would have been married 50 years on March 20, (sic) 1985. Mr. Trochil was employed at Fred Radandt Sons for 35 years, retiring in 1974 as Supervisor of the Shoto Gravel Pit. He was a member of First German Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Survvvors (sic) include his wife, Hortense; his mother, Emma Zeman Trochil of Milwaukee; two sons and daughters-in-law, Cal L. and Joan E. Trochil of DePere, Wis. and Allen L. and Ida A. Trochil of Manitowoc; a daughter and son-in-law, Geraldine F. and Jim Jansky of Crivitz, Wis; a sister and brother-in-law, Elaine and Pat Reidy of Milwaukee; 10 grandchildren, Danny Lee Trochil of Milwaukee, Carrie Ann, Randy Charles, Jeffrey and Amy Elizabeth Trochil of DePere, Tammy and Brenda Delfosse of Brussels, Michelle and Nicole Trochil of Manitowoc and Jill Jansky of Crivitz, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his father, a brother, Raymond and a sister, Viola Toedter.
Friends may meet with the family at Urbanek and Schlei Pfeffer and Reinbold Funeral Home, Manitowoc, 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday or on Saturday at the church after 10 a.m. until the hour of service.
