Edward C. Treptow, 71, of Cincinnati , Ohio , died Friday of a heart (sic)
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home,
Manitowoc. The Rev. Paul Blaufuss will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen
cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Treptow was born Aug. 8, 1898, at Chicago, son of the late Herman and Hulda
Bohem Treptow. He was installer and district supervisor for Western Electric Co.,
and installed equipment in the Manitowoc Telephone Co. in 1917.
He married Gustie Torrison at Waukegan March 5, 1918. She survives with a sister,
Mrs. Clara Petzelt, of Crystal Lake, Ill., and nieces and nephews.
