Robert A. Tracy, 59, of 1028 S. 10th St., Manitowoc, died early Saturday morning,
July 12, at Bellin Hospital, Green Bay.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home,
Manitowoc. The Rev. Paul H. Blaufuss will officiate and burial will be in
Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc, with military graveside rites accorded by V.F.W.
Otto Oas Post No. 659.
Mr. Tracy was born March 20, 1921, at Tripoli, Wis., Oneida County, son of the
late William Tracy and Neva Brumley Tracy. As a child he moved to Merrill, Wis.,
and was educated there. He served with United States Marine Corp from 1942 to
1945, serving in the South Pacific area. In 1951, he moved to Manitowoc. He
worked for Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry for a number of years until illness forced
his retirement in 1972. He married Dorothy Drumm April 17, 1958, at Kaukauna. He
was a member of V.F.W. Otto Oas Post No. 659.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy; a son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Debbie
Tracy of Oak Creek, Wis.; a daughter and son-in-law, Diane and Ricky Robison of
Manitowoc; his mother, Neva Tracy of Merrill; three brothers, Gale Tracy and Neil
Tracy of Merrill, and William Tracy of Fond du La; two sisters, Mrs. Evelyn
Kleinschmidt and Mrs. Helen Kienbaum of Merrill; and two grandchildren (private).
Friends may call at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home from 4 o'clock to 9 o'clock
this Sunday afternoon and Monday until the time of services.
