Lucille R. Toebe, age 100, a Manitowoc resident died early Saturday morning January 25, 2014 at Aurora Medical Center, Two Rivers.
She was born on October 3, 1913 in Two Rivers, the daughter of the late Charles and Amelia Raatz Kealey. In May of 1940 she married Arthur Toebe in Manitowoc. He preceded her in death on July of 1994. She enjoyed yardwork and flowers and in recent years driving to the Piggly Wiggly meeting and greeting friends. Lucille loved being a mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a member of First Lutheran Church, Manitowoc.
Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law; Marlene and Kurt Dramm, Manitowoc, one son; Darel Toebe, Manitowoc, four grandchildren; Heidi (Kurt) Becker, Hans (Sarah Keller Dramm) Dramm, Christine (Tom) Mrotek, Todd Toebe, seven great grandchildren; Max, Noah, Anna, Beatrix, Courtney, Amy, Emma. Nieces, nephews other relatives and friends also survive.
She was also preceded in death by four sisters; Carol Rivelo, Edith Burg, twin sister, Cecelia Evans, Martha McArthur, four brothers; Patrick, Edward, Daniel and James Kealey.
The family will greet relatives and friends from 9:30 AM until 10:45 AM on Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at First Lutheran Church Chapel, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday January 28, 2014 at First Lutheran Church Chapel, Manitowoc. Officiating at the service will be the Rev. Roald Harswick with burial at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
The Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
Memorials may be given in Lucille's name to First Lutheran Church, Manitowoc or the Manitowoc Public Library.
