Mrs. Ray Timm, 58, formerly of 916 S. 25th st., Manitowoc, died early Friday
morning at St. Vincent Hospital, Green Bay.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Jens Funeral Home, Manitowoc.
The Rev. Paul Blaufuss will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery,
Manitowoc.
Mrs. Timm, nee Helen Koeppel (sic) was born Oct. 21, 1917 at Whitelaw, daughter
of the late Peter and Rose Brey Koeppel. She attended schools in the Manitowoc
and Francis Creek areas. She was a hostess by trade in the Manitowoc area. She
was married to Ray Timm Feb. 2, 1968, in Florida. The couple had resided in the
Manitowoc area since March 1976, and had plans to reside at Rt. 2, Crivitz.
Survivors include her husband, Ray; two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Marcia) Goorman,
of Denver, Colo., and Mrs. Ronald (Karen) Bradeson, of Madison; four brothers,
Roman Koeppel, of Manitowoc, Hugo Shimek, Edward Shimek and Lester Shimek, of
Manitowoc; two sisters, Mrs. Ben (Mary Ann) Lodl and Mrs. LeRoy (Dorothy) Blimel,
of Manitowoc and five grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday. A memorial has been
established in her name for the diabetic fund. The casket will remain closed.
