EDWARD J. SWETLIK

Edward J. Swetlik, 63, of Rt. 2, Manitowoc, died late Sunday morning at Holy
Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Saur Funeral Home
Kellnersville. The Rev. Charles R. Freuden will officiate with burial in
Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Swetlik was born Oct. 16, 1912, in the Town of Kossuth, son of the late
Stephen Swetlik and Mrs. Katherine Kal??k Swetlik. He married Clara Dickert
Oct. 9, 1934, of Manitowoc. They resided on a farm in the Town of Kossuth.
He was employed for several years at the former Whitehouse Milk Co. and later
at Manitowoc Shipbuilding, Inc. He was a former supervisor on the town board
of the Town of Kossuth for many years and a member of Boilermakers Union Local
443.
Survivors include his wife, two daughters, Mrs. Robert (JoAnn) Schisel, of Rt.
4, Manitowoc, and Mrs. Allen (Delores) Jorgensen of Townsend, his mother and
a brother, Stephen, of Manitowoc, a sister, Mrs. Daniel (Olive) Krueger, of
Rt. 1, Glenbeulah, and 11 grandchildren. A brother preceded him in death.
Friends may call at Saur Funeral Home after 4 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday until
the time of service.
