Mrs. Christina Sundt, 79, died at her home on route 5 this noon after suffering
a heart attack just as she was sitting down to dinner.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday from the home and at 2 p.m.
from the Emanuel Evangelical Lutheran church with the Rev. Theo. Uetzmann
officiating. Interment will be made in Evergreen cemetery.
Mrs. Sundt, nee Christina Ostermann, was born Dec. 31, 1863 in Manitowoc Rapids.
She married John Sundt in 1883 and the couple took up their residence on route
5. Mr. Sundt died four years ago.
Survivors are two daughters, Misses Emma and Minnie Sundt at home, and one
sister, Mrs. Charles Buss, city.
The body was removed to the home from the Wattawa, Urbanek and Schlei funeral
home. Friends may call at the home from 8 p.m. today to the time of the
services.
