Julius Stupecky, 56, of 633 S. 18th St., Manitowoc, died Tuesday at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be at 1:30 pm Thursday at First Reformed United Church of Christ, Manitowoc. The Rev. Theodore P. Crusius will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Stupecky was born June 30, 1910, at Manitowoc, son of the late Julius and Alvina Brandt Stupecky. He attended Manitowoc elementary schools and was graduated from the local high school in 1928. He worked as a press operator 36 years at Aluminum Specialty Co. He married Thelma Benthein June 27, 1932 at Two Rivers and the couple located at Manitowoc. He was a member of First Reformed Brotherhood and a past member of the church consistory.
Survivors are his wife, a daughter, Jean, student at Elmhurst College, Elmhurst, Ill., a son, Ronald of Shawano and a sister, Mrs. Blanche Belinski, of Manitowoc.
Friends may call at Jens Funeral Home, Manitowoc, after 3 pm Wednesday until 11 am Thursday when the casket will be removed to church where the body will lie in state until time of service. A church memorial has been established.
