| Birth: | Jul. 31, 1838 | | Death: | Jun. 21, 1917 |  Tippecanoe county lost another early pioneer in the death of Ancil B. Storm, who died at his home at Stockwell Thursday night. His death was the result of paralysis. Coming from pioneer stock, being the son of Daniel Storm, an early settler of this county. Ancil Storm was born north of where Stockwell stands today, on July 31, 1838. He married Oct 14, 1868, to Matilda A. Osborne, who died Dec 9, 1912. His entire life has been spent in this county in various occupations, farming until 1887, when he moved to Clarks Hill where he built the Ben Hur hotel and in later years engaged in the grocery and grain business. Oct 1911, he moved to Stockwell which has been his home ever since.
