Mrs. Della Steffen, 90, formerly of 1018 S. 19th St., Manitowoc, died Monday evening, Feb. 4, at Park Lawn Nursing Home.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Jens Funeral Home, Manitowoc. Father Charles Macco will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Steffen was born June 9, 1894, in the Town of Newton, daughter of the late Charles and Margaret Feller Duveneck. She was married to Fred H. Steffen, Oct. 12, 1912, at Manitowoc. The couple residing here all their lives. Her husband preceded her in death in 1930.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Fredrick and Violet Steffen of Manitowoc and Quiren and Mary Ann Steffen of Manitowoc; four daughters and three sons-in-law, Ethel and George Thompson of Grand Chute, Wis., Sylvia and Ned Murphy of Montello, Wis., Mary Jane and Charles Kestly of Menomonee Falls, Wis., and Miss Hazel Steffen of Berlin, Wis; a brother and sister-in-law, Ullrich and Helen Duveneck of Clover, Wis; a sister, Margaret Richards of Manitowoc; 10 grandsons; a granddaughter; 19 great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three brothers, three sisters, a grandson and a great granddaughter.
Friends may call at Jens Funeral Home, Manitowoc, 9 a.m. Wednesday until the time of services. There will be no Tuesday evening visitation.
