Mrs. Mary Stange died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Fred Schultz at Belgium Saturday, Oct. 29. Death resulted from a heart stroke.
Mrs. Stange, nee Mary Conrad, was born Nov. 17, 1867 in Russell. She was married to Fred Stange in Nov. 1887 and moved to farm in Schleswig where she lived til the death of her husband nine years ago. After that she made her home with her daughter in Rockville and went with her to Belgium where they resided the past three years.
The deceased is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Schultz; three sisters, Mrs. Fred Diefenthaler of Elkhart Lake, Mrs. Rose Schnuelle of Kiel and Mrs. Hartman of Fredonia; three brothers, Jake and Philip Conrad of Russell and John Conrad of Fredonia.
Funeral services were held from the Meiselwitz Funeral Parlor and were conducted by Rev. Otto Saeweret. Interment was made at Rockville Cemetery.
