IN PROBATE.-Manitowoc County Court.
In the matter of the estae of Clarissa Spencer, deceased.
On reading and filing the betition (sic) of John Spencer, of Kossuth,
representing among other things that Clarissa Spencer late of Kossuth,
on the 20th day of February, A.D. 1877, at Kossuth, died intestae,
leaving goods, chattels and estate within this state, and that the
said petitioner is the surviving husband of said deceased, and praying
that administration of said estate be to him, granted, it is ordered
that said petition be heard before the Judge of this Court, on Monday,
the 30th day of July, A.D. 1877, at 10 o'clock, A.M., at my office in
said county.
Ordered further, that notice thereof be given to the heirs of said
deceased, and to all persons interested, by publishing a copy of this
order for three successive weeks prior to said day of hearing, in the
Manitowoc Pilot a newspaper published at Manitowoc in said county.
