CLARENCE F. SIEVERT

Clarence F. Sievert, 73, of 1035 3rd St., Kiel, died Monday morning, Dec. 14, 1992 at Calumet Medical Center, Chilton, after a lengthy illness.

He was born May 28, 1919 in the town of Schleswig, the son of the late Herman and Edna (Brocker) Sievert. He attended Hillside Grove Grade School. On Oct. 18, 1941 he married Gladys Lindemann at Chilton. The couple celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in October 1991. He farmed in the town of Schleswig until 1973, when they moved to Kiel. He was a self-employed bulk milk hauler until retiring in 1982. He was a member of St. Peter UCC in Kiel.

Survivors include his wife, Gladys; one daughter, Marlene (Daniel) Krupp, St. Anna; one son, Gene (Cynthia), Reedsville; six grandchildren; one brother, Earl (Alice) New Holstein; one sister, Leora (Orville) Fluhr, rural New Holstein; one brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Robert and Irene Lindemann.

Funeral services were held Dec. 17, at Meiselwitz Funeral Home, Kiel. The Rev. Raymond C. Coombs was the officiant. Burial was in the Schleswig Cemetery, Rockville.
