SHAY--In this city, July 2, 1906, Matilda Gray Shay, beloved wife of the late Mortimer Shay, and mother of Mrs. J. Boesch, Mrs. C. Peters, Dr. William Shay, Mrs. Charles Molander, and Charles, Matilda D. and Frank M. Shay, Mrs. W. D Townley and the late Mrs. J. Lappald, a native of England, aged 72 years. (San Jose and Placerville, Cal., and Chicago papers please copy.)
The funeral will take place at San Jose, on arrival of the 9 a. m. train from San Francisco, today (Thursday).
